hover button malfunction

You may want to avoid the use of Java hover buttons. They require that the
user have JVM (Java Virtual Machine from Sun) to be installed on their
machine to see them. Years ago machines came with JVM installed, but since
the legal dispute between MS and Sun, JVM has to be user downloaded and
installed manually.


|I have used hover buttons as navigation tools but 2 people have said they
| cannot be seen and contain only a red cross. Any suggestions please?
