HELP: windows xp wont start

Hi all, I am having this problem when windows xp tries to
start...

Error Message: Windows Could Not Start Because the
C:\windows\system32\config\system File is Missing or
Corrupt (823614)

This article is already on support.microsoft.com, however
it is unavailable and i cant wait any longer

so please anybody who has encountered this problem and
knows how to fix this, help me out..
