Help needed - driver for D-Link DRP-16TX

Dear All,

I'm desperately looking for a driver for PCMCIA Ethernet card D-Link
DRP-16TX for Win XP. I'm trying to install Win XP on my old Dell
Inspiron 7000 and the system doesn't recognize a card ;-
( Unfortunately, search via Google didn't give any hints where I
could find a suitable driver (even D-Link support web page seems to
know nothing about this card) .

I'll appreciate any help.
