HELP! - Internet connection not working now

I have a DSL router connected to 3 computers all running XP Pro. Last week
all of the computers connected, no problem, to the internet. Now only two of
the computers will connect. The computer that no longer connects will not
even ping the router successfully. The last thing I remember doing was
installing the free version of the firewall Zone Alarm. It did not install
successfully. I don't know if that's the problem and I can't uninstall it
becasue it's not showing up on the arr/remove.
Any suggestions? Can I do some sort of roll back?
FYI: Eventhough I use the word "Ping", I am by no means an expert>

Use System Restore to roll back to a date/time prior to installing ZA.
