Help explorer takes forever to load

I have a Amd Athlon xp with 512 mb and Win XP pro on it al
updates are current and installed norton system works 2004
also running. It takes like 3 mins for my internet explorer
to even load so i can get on the internet once on internet
pages dont work rite will not open links in new window. i
get a runtime error has occored. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try uninstalling Norton System Works and test to see if it works ok without it.

Nortons can be good, and it can also break your pc
