Home network.
Win 7 PC using WLM works OK send and receive, multiple IMAP accounts.
Laptop on same network running Win XP Pro latest updates fails eMail
ops.
WLM on Win XP Pro will not send or receive eMails from any of four
accounts all IMAP. Seems stuck. Setting message flags window pops up
and will only go away it cancel then says cancelling ... forever. Then
get WLM popup window saying The Connection to the server has failed.
2 G of RAM available according to Process Explorer.
Opera (using mail) on Win XP Pro will receive eMails but not send
eMails from its one IMAP account.
Using this laptop for this posting so Internet connection is good.
Boot this laptop with no change in failures.
Ran MS network diagnostics all OK according to that.
Access to network drive reads and writes.
Check MSConfig and saw all startups and services are checked.
No other error messages.
Getting in and out of Internet OK otherwise.
All latest WLM for each Win OS.
What else can I run? Suggestions please.
