HELP! Disk The device, \Device\Harddisk0\D, has a bad block.

How do I change this? I just got my computer going 3 days
ago,and it worked perfect, now when I reboot or turn on
it gives me a choice on how to start windows no matter
what I pick it goes back, then when I finally get to
windows it takes forever for anyhting to load. Pleae help!
