Help and Support

My help and support center doesnt work. If i click it
from start > help and support nothing happens and same
thing if i press f1 from the desktop. If i open the task
manager and look under applications i will see
Helpctr.exe there but then it will dissapear as if i
didnt even try to open it

Im hesitant to use the file you pointed me to because
Norton says its a maliciou script
