Help and Support Center crashes

Every time I try to run Help and Support Center nothing
happens. I can see the program helpctr.exe start in task
manager. Then a few seconds later in ends. This all
happens after I've done a repair install on my computer.
Because I had to take drastic measures to rid my computer
of adware. Help and Support service is enabled. I don't
know what it could be, there is no error message. So if
anyone can help, please reply. Thanks J

Thanks for the help. But it seems not to work.
I've tried this fix and 1 other registy fix. Also I
reinstalled Help Center. That didn't help. Without any
errors I'm lost for whats wrong.
