HI ,

Since I have installed the new IE7 Beta2 , the help and support center in my
XP SP2 PC doesn't work fine, I can't run the remote assistance between me
and my customer.
is there a solution or I need to remove the new IE ?

It worked before, it doesn't work after? If so, would be the first
thing I'd try ....

Post IE7 beta questions to the internet explorer newsgroup. Here is a
list of MS public newsgroups. Do not install Beta software on a
production machine.

Contact the Author of the BETA program you are testing out for free and
ask them for support.

I was just looking for another solution rather than removing the IE7 !
