Group Policy - Security Settings

I cannot find branch "Security Settings" from the group policy editor; which
component shall i add to have this ?

Also, wherever i click on a branch of a tree inside the "Group Policy
Editor", a error window pops up with the following message :

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line : 31
Char : 12
Error : Object doesn't support this property or method
URL : res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmcndmgr.dll/views.htm

I guess i miss a component....

I have the same problem and i think i have done absolutely everything to
solve it... so please if someone have any ideas just reply to this.

This worked perfectly; i will try to find a component that already do
this... if not, i will build a component for it.
