Got Hacked and cannot delete files

I got hacked through an open FTP connection. A bunch of
files were placed on my hard disk and I can not delete
them. I get the error:

Cannot delete xxxx The Parameter is incorrect

I have run a CHKDSK on the volume, still no luck... Any
ideas??

- What are the file names?
- Have you tried deleting them from a Command Prompt,
using wildcards?
