global address book missing

I had Outlook 2007 installed and had to remove it (sync issues with a PDA
-known issue to MS, no known fix) I've put Office 2003 back on. Now
everything sync's and all email functions work EXCEPT I didn't get the
company Global Address book back. I've read several hotfix issues on MS site
but none fix. I've uninstalled/reinistalled Outlook 2k3 and changed between
cached exchange mode and none-cached per MS. No solution either.

Any suggestions???

After uninstalling Outlook 2007 and then Installing Outlook 2003, I found that the Global Address Book was missing, some functions that depended upon this didn't work (e.g. Delegates) and that when composing a new message various error messages were generated.

Fix was to create a new outlook profile. Although the one that was created in Outlook 2007 did work, it caused issues.

Tony,
This did not work. I exited outlook, built a new profile as per ms
instructions and selected it to be 'always use'. I couldn't tell ANY
difference at all. Is there something missing in their instructions about
deleting something. I have alot of mail out there that I work off of so I
need it back. But this is driving me crazy. I can't send 'in-house' email
unless I reply to someone...because of the no address book.
