Global Address group

I have an Outlook/exchange user that does not show up in the Global Address
group.. The person can send and receive e-mail and the Exchang tabs in AD
Users and Computers looks OK.
I've tried cached checked and unchecked. Still does not show up.

Any ideas from anyone?

Sounds like more of an Exchange question. Did you check to see if the mailbox
was hidden from the GAL? If this is a new account, did you wait for
replication?

It is not hidden in "Exchange address list" and was created several weeks ago.
Now I'm hearing that some people can see it.
