OUTLOOK 2003 CACHED EXCHANGE MODE

I have a new user that is inheriting a .pst file from another. The import
went well. When I check cached exchange mode, the user account does not show
up in her boss Global Address List. If I uncheck the cached exchange mode
she shows up in her boss Global Address List. ???? What gives. This issue
is also causing me not to be able to let her see her boss shared calendar.

Any Ideas.

Its because cached mode uses the offline address book, you could either wait
the (usually) 24 hours or try a full download off the offline address book.
If you do the address book download then close and restart Outlook and the
download should start within 5 minutes of restarting.

Also keep in mind that the offline address book on the exchange server might
have to be rebuilt. (the default is once a day about 4 or 5 in the morning,
so it is possible that it could take longer to see it.)

Yep worst case scenario if you're really unlucky is 48 hours but didn't want
to depress the OP any more than necessary
