Global Address List and distribution list

My company set a help desk via distribution list so that all involved parties
would be notifies of a problem at the same time. This list only appeared on
the Global Address List if the Cached Exchange Mode was off. We need the the
Cached Exchange Mode on because of the many other wonderful functions that
it touches and make work so fine. Please fix it or let us know what we did
wrong. We are being burried in JUNK Mail because of the lack of it.
