Getting CSRSS.EXE error when trying to terminal service into a W2k server

here is the exact error message:
csrss.exe - Unable To Locate DLL : The dynamic link
library winsrv could not be found in the specified path
Default Load Path.

Terminal Svcs has worked all along.

Have you tried reaplying the latest service pack?

So what has happened recently that might cause this
problem to occur?

I am getting the same exact message after a while that the server is
up, one morning I wake come to work, and my server say that. I have to
manually press the reset button to restart it.

No major changes recently. This is a Windows 2000 Terminal Server with
Citrix Metaframe XP

Any Idea?
