CSRSS.EXE Unable to locate DLL

Hi all.

I am having a recuring problem on my Windows 2000 Terminal Server since a
couple months.

Every week or so, the server stop working and I get the folowing message on
the console:

Title: CSRSS.EXE Unable to locate DLL
Error: The dynamic link library WINSRV could not be found in the specified
path Default load path

I am looking for a solution since a couple week. Found something about NT4
wich is not working in my case. I searched everywhere, and can'T find
anything suitable.

Please help. Thank you.

What service pack are you running on this Windows 2000
server?

We are SP3, and the next step in this problem resolution will be to install
SP4 thursday.

Sounds like a plan. Make sure you can rollback just in
