Unable to locate DLL?

confused

when my computer tries to log onto Windows 2000, I get the
response "Winlogon.exe - Unable to locate DLL" and "the
Dynamic link library ole32.dll could not be found in the
specified path." Any advice on what to do? Do I have to
reinstall windows since I can't even get to my desktop?

- What's the recent history of the machine?
- Can you get into Safe Mode (press F8 at boot time)
- Do you have an up-to-date virus scanner?
