Function "DoOrganizeFavDlg" of IE 8 isn't working in XP

as title,

when Run Command "Rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll, DoOrganizeFavDlg", then show an
Empty Window, But IE 6 & 7 is OK.

Is anyone has an ideal? thanks.

FYI:

Answered by Kai Schaetzl in microsoft.public.internetexplorer.beta.

Solution: Use iframe.dll instead.
