My ISP swears that there is nothing wrong with the Windows
2003 server the site is hosted on...why am I getting this
message above my email web form?

http://www.pennbrothers.com/mot_booking.htm

The site was created in FP2000. The form has been working
for many months now. Am I doing something wrong?

My ISP is giving me a lot of bother, I suggested to him to
check the SMTP in the FP extensions and the .ini file - he
said he has checked everything. What else can I tell him
to do?????

I know it is not my fault, because I have another site
hosted on a different server - and the forms work on there.

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hi SKC,

Was the page published to the server or FTPed?
Have you tried editing the page on the server and saving it back?

The message normally indicts a problem with the FP Server Extensions

skc,

Take a look in your _private folder to see if there are
any form results text files. If so, try putting one of
them into the file box, set it to Formatted Text and
republish. As has been suggested, make sure you publish to
http://yoursite.com

Empty your browser cache and then take a look at the newly
published page.

Additionally, I kept getting a Website not responding
message when placing your confirmation page URL into the
browser to view.

Double check to make sure that URL is correct in form
properties as well.
