Publish Problem

I keep getting this:

Could not find a web server at 'www.pennbrothers.com' on
port 80. Please
check to make sure that the web server name is valid and
your proxy
server settings are set correctly. If you are sure that
everything is
correct, the web server may temporarily be out of service.

What can I do?

My ISP are a bunch of jokers - who keep saying that it is
my fault!

I cannot open the live site in FP (http://<domain>).

I use other ISPs and I can publish/open the site with no
problems!

Can someone please tell me if they have experienced the
above - and what method of solution there is!

I get a Page not found for
http://www.pennbrothers.com/
So you have a server problem
Try pinging it or running a tracert

you are right..the ISP is upto some rubbish again!
