Could not find a web server...

Using Fp2000 on Win98SE.

I am publishing to my ISP who is running Server 2003 with
FP extensions.

I get the following error message after a dial-up. I do
not use a Proxy or run a firewall:

Could not find a web server at 'www.pennbrothers.com' on
port 80. Please check to make sure that the web server
name is valid and your proxy server settings are set
correctly. If you are sure that everything is correct,
the web server may temporarily be out of service.

Please Help!!!

Have you tried http://www.pennbrothers.com/
Or in IE browse to your web and try File Edit w/ FP
