FrontPage hover buttons.

FrontPage 2000 v4.0.2.2717 inserted hover buttons in ie6
are not active (with a red cross). OS is XP Pro. They
appear fine on Win2k Pro. Problem url is

The Front Page hover buttons are Java applets and WinXP does not include
Java support.
