firewall will not start Error: 0x80004015

After installing SP2 the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
will not start automatically upon startup nor will it start manually. I get
a Error 0x80004015: The class is configured to run as a security id different
from the caller.

I dont know if this may have played a part or not but I may have had the
original Internet Connection Firewall(ICF)/Internet Connection Sharing(ICS)
service disabled prior to the SP2 installation. It appears that this service
becomes Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing(ISC) after installing
SP2.

The article is for Win2000 Server, but it is worth checking the Resolution
section anyway.
