SP2 Firewall doesn't start, Error 1075

Just a little background, this machine would not upgrade from SP1 to SP2
normally. I had to boot to a slipstreamed XP SP2 install CD and do a
"repair" on the installation, which brought the machine up to SP2, but the
firewall doesn't seem to be working correctly and I can't access the machine
over the network.

When I try to turn the firewall on it says,

"Windows Firewall settings cannot be displayed because the associated
service is not running. Do you want to start the Windows Firewall/Internet
Connection Sharing (ICS) Service?" I click Yes and then get this error,

"Windows cannot start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
service." I then go to Services, select the service and click Start, and get
this message,

"Could not start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
service on Local Computer. Error 1075: The dependency service does not exist
or has been marked for deletion."

I am going to try to reset winsock and reinstall TCP/IP. Any other
suggestions would be appreciated. I have screenshots of all the above
errors, but I typed them out exactly as they appear.

Check the Properties for the Service and make sure that all these
services are running as well.
