Finding favorites

I reformated my computer. Before I did I did not save my
favorites to the bookmark.htm. However, I did backup the
old version to another hard drive. Is there anyway to
retrieve the favorites from this backup.

If the backup drive is installed simply start>search>files or folders and
type "favorites" in the search box. You may find more than one but each user
has one so it depends how many users you had on the old setup. You should
easily tell which one you need simply by opening it. This will also find
your current favorites folder and you can simply open both and copy the old
ones across.

After you do that you can check out this utility which I found quite useful.
