File Sharing problem with Win98/WinXP

I have 2 pc's (PCA=Win98; PCB=WinXp Pro) which are networked via a
router for BB sharing. After i select folder(s) in PCA for full sharing,
in
PCB the shared folder(s) only appears under "View network
computers/PCA".
I cannot locate it in "My Network Place". How come, did I miss
something? How could I make the shared folder(s) showing up in both
locations?

If a desired share doesn't appear in My Network Places, click "Add a
network place" and follow the prompts to add it.
