File insert help

sometimes when I insert a file it ends up in the body of the email and
sometimes in a line beneath the subject. Why does this happen and how can I
get it to be consistent?

The way attachment look on your email screen depends on what format you're
sending email in. If you're sending or replying in .html format, the
attachments appear on the attachments line in the email header area. If
you're in rich text format, they'll appear within the message.
