I am unable to fully install Norton SystemWorks 2003 and Quicken 2003. I get
a similar error message each time. Here is the one I just got when I tried
to update to Quicken 2003:
"Error 1311. Source file not found: D:\disk1.Data1.cab. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it."
I opened Windows Explorer and was able to find Data1.cab on the disk and I
was able to open it.
Since I also get a similar message "Error 1311...." when I try to install
Norton SystemWorks 2003 only the source file it can't find is nsw1.cab.
I am using Windows XP Pro (which is up to date) on a Dell 1.9 Ghz P4, 512K
RAM, 80 GB HD.
I would appreciate advice on how to solution this.
