Error @ Start Up

Everytime I start up my computer I keep getting this ERROR LOADING message.

Error
Loading:C\Documents\DHY(computername)\LocalSettings\Temp\UnistManager.dll
The specified module could not be found.

I upgraded my PSP8 to PSP9 (paint shop pro) so that's the only program I've
removed, PSP8. I tried to re-install PSP8 but in the middle of installing I
get the next error message:

Error 1311.Source file not found:
C:\Documents and Settings\
DHY82491\Local Settings\Temp\WZ7677\Paint Shop Pro 8 Premium
Installer\Data1.cab
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

I can't even install PSP8, how can I fix these error messages ?

Thank you for all your help in advance.

Run the windows installer cleanup utility and delete the references to
PSP. After a reboot see if the error returns. If not then reinstall PSP.
