extra (unwanted) toolbar

When my Internet Explorer starts, there is an extra,
unwanted toolbar that pops up - a series of shortcuts
that correspond to topics from recently visited sites.
If I right click the main toolbar, this extra toolbar
appears on the selection list (along with "lock
toolbar", "standard toolbar", etc) - it is
entitled "zjjustblbrb". I don't know where it came from,
where on my system it is getting loaded from, or how to
get rid of it. Help?
