unwanted toolbar

Every time I start IE an unwanted search toolbar appears
replacing the desired toolbar. The toolbar name
is "mkksgleeiee" and appeared after my machine was
hijacked with parasitic spyware. It come back even if I
lock the toolbar. How do I get rid of it and clean the
source from my machine? (PS: I'm using xp)
