Explorer toolbar settings won't stay as they are left.

Each time I turn on computer and open iexplorer (6.0)The
toolbar address bar and links have been changed. I unlock
toolbars, set them the way I want and relock. If computer
is shut down, settings are not retained and iexplorer
comes up with msn favorites at the side of page and
toolbar configuration is changed, links not shown. What
am I not doing? how do I get the change to take hold and
stay?>

Download IE Toolbar, Addressbar fix from here:
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/sramesh2k/reg/IEToolbar.reg

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar

This does remove the toolbar registry key, but it is back when I reboot.

You ball...
