Event Logs Empty

Recently I have 2 member servers that when I go into the
Event Viewer it states that there are #### log entries (
or however many ) but no entries are displayed in any log,
( system, security or Application).

HELP !!

The network is a W2K AD with 4 DC's. The event logs are
fine on the DC's and no policies that I can see
restricting this.

Try deleting the current logs and see if future logs are viewable.
