ERROR - "The spell check was unsuccessful, do you want to send any

I have a user that is getting the error "the spell check was unsuccessful, do
you want to send it anyway?" when trying to spell check and send messages in
Outlook 2003. She is using Word 2003 as the e-mail editor and the problem
stops when removing Word as the editor but she wants to be able to use Word
2003 as the e-mail editor for the additional functionality it gives her. She
didn't start getting the error until a few days agao and I have already done
a Detect and Repair in Outlook 2003 but still the user gets the error. Can
anyone please help with this issue?
