Outlook 2007 spell checking the original message

How do I keep Outlook 2007 from spell checking the original message when I click on spell check? I have gone into the settings and put a check mark next to the option "ignore original message test in reply of forward" I can not seem to find any other options. I have tried Outlook safe mode and that was no help Outlook is still checking the original message text. I know this was a problem in older versions of Outlook when you use Word as your editor but in Outlook 2007 you do not have a chose, it automatically uses Word as the editor.
HELP!
