Spelling check was unsuccessful

I have created a company.dic in Word for all staff to use. We are using Word
as editor in Outlook (both 2002 and 2003) and now get to following message
when sending email.
"The spelling check was unsuccessful. Do you want to send anyway?" I have
tried the solution listd on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287849/en-us.
This fixes new emails created from scracth but still having trouble with
replies or forwards. As soon as we remove the company.dic it is fine.

Are you using Word 2002 with OL2002 & Word 2003 with OL2003? If not, you may
have issues

Do you mean OL2002 as in Outlook2002? If so yes we are running Office
Professional across the company but we do not have a MS Exchange it is LINUX
but I wouldn't think this would matter for a dictionary, which is all local?
