Every time I start my computer I receive the error
message: Setconfig applkication has encountered a problem
and needs to close... when I try to debug it says: An
exception"unhandled win32 exception" has occured in
setconfig.exe. The error signiture is: Appname:
setconfig.exe Appver: 2.0.0.0 Modname:unknown Mod
Ver:0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

Zaid, go to www.google.com Type setconfig.exe in as the search word.
You'll get a few hits. From what I see, this looks like it is part of the
HP printer software but in every case there is talk of a dropper virus.

If you have an HP device, you'll want to browse through their support pages
and/or try reinstalling the program. Because virus was mentioned in almost
every google hit, strongly suggest doing a full system scan with an
antivirus program that has current definitions as well.
