Error Message: SetConfig Application

Every time I start the computer, I get an error message saying "SetConfig
Application has encountered a problem and needs to close." It then asks if I
want to send an error message to Microsoft, which I always click no. I'm not
an advanced user, and I don't know what the SetConfig Application is, or how
to turn it off. Any suggestions?

I'm using Windows XP Home edition. Thanks!
