To get back into your pc try this.Power it up from an off position.Tap on the F8 key to bring up a boot menu.Using your up and down arrows choose "Last known good configuration" option. When it reboots it should be working. If not write back.

I have an opinion on this subject-- and as we all know ,opinions are like
a------s , everybody has one. So , I would agree that there are some people
that need to be " reported " or worse. The problem is , where does it stop ?
You report me , I report you , and on and on and---------------. People who
have done nothing whatever to deserve to be ' reported ' , will be reported.
It's like a tattletale who has millions of voices and unlimited time on
his/her hands.
Too bad (we) can't just give him/her the back of our hand. But then some
do-gooder would report us to the authorities for child abuse.
See , it is a never ending process.
What I personally see as worse ,is having someone recommend others to a site
where they will be given bad or destructive advice about solving their
computer problems. That is the point on which I and everyone else
collectively should report the wrongdoer.
Now wasn't that special. Time to take a pill and go to bed.
