Dear Sir,

I am using Windows Xp Professional Edition. I am
experiencing a problem since 15 days. I am getting an
error message suddenly working with any application(not
specific). I am pasting the error message below for your
reference. I am getting this message atleast once in 10
mins. It simply closes some application and even not let
me to save it. I reinstalled Windows XP , but still i am
facing the problem. Can you please guide me to rectify my
operating system from this troubling error.

The two errors i am getting is,

First error

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close. we are sorry for the incovenience

if y were in the middle of something, the information you
were working on might be lost

error signature

AppName : explorer.exe AppVer:6.0.2800.1106
ModName:Unknown
ModVer:0.0.0.0 Offset 0063006f
