Windows Movie Maker

When I start Windows Movie Maker an error message appears and says "Windows
Movie Maker has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the incovenience." When I click "See what data this error reprt contains" it
says:

AppName: moviemk.exe AppVer: 2.1.4026.0 ModName: qedit.dll
ModVer: 6.5.2600.2180 Offset: 0001b2af



No matter what I click (Debug, Send Error Report, or Don't Send), it still
closes Windows Movie Maker. This problem has occured for a few weeks now and
I've deleted all of the programs I've installed since then and still this
happens. Any ideas?
