error message

Hi I need help, everytime I go on the computer I get the
following message:
Messenger
Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvience.
if you were in the middle of something the information
you were working on might be lost.
Please tell mocrosoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that you can send to help
us improve messenger. We will treat this report as
confidential and anonymous.

I have sent the error report, but this message still
appears, as I am writing this message I got the message 3
times!!!!! I have tried a bunch of things but none of
them work. Please help!!!! It is very aggravating

Best bet is to unistall Messenger and reinstall. Go to My Computer>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. You'll see Messenger listed; hit remove. Reboot. Go to Start>Microsoft Update and then scan for updates. Messenger may be listed as either a critical or non-critical update. Reinstall. Reboot. Let me know if this helps and have a great day!
