Please help!
My computer is a WindowsXP Media Center from Dell, model 410, with dual
processor and a brand new harddrive that I have had installed within the last
2 months. Please give me advice on what this error message means:

Windows - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000409) occurred in the
application at location 0x7166710b.
Even the techs at Dell have not been able to help me yet...what could be
wrong? I have tried seeing if there is an application running that I am
unaware of by using task manger but there is nothing there. This happens
when I log on and my blue desktop comes up. Within 3-4 minutes this message
pops up each time.
