Application Error: svchost.exe (0xc0000409) 0x7db437b4

Hi.
I have recently installed a brand new computer with Windows XP incl. SP3 (of
course all Windows pathces) and Office 2003 incl. all patches.
Every morning when I am starting the computer the following error occur:
svchost.exe Application Error. The exception unknown software exception
(0xc0000409) occured in the application at location 0x7db437b4

Any particular reason for this?
How can I solved it?

nobody can answer you, it means it is "official error" and may be it must be
that error to make you buy Vista

I don't know the correct answer to the OP's question but I know that yours
isn't it!! "Nobody can help you with your problem because it's an official
error message, perhaps to make you buy Vista"??? On what do you base that
assertion?
