It says that the add-in c\:windows\system32\fxsext32.dll could not be
installed or loaded. I tried the detect and repair it suggested but nothing.
I try to send an e-mail and before I can do so have to delete this message.
Can anybody help please?

That .DLL file is part of XP Fax. Either re-install XP Fax, or remove the
Fax Mail Transport from your Outlook profile.

Hi and thanks for the assistance but unfortunately I do not know how to do
this. Can you instruct me on how I should go about this? Thanks. I have
had this problem since installing Vista.

What version of Outlook do you have? The add-in manager has different menu
paths depending on the Outlook version.

To check for and remove the Fax mail transport, go to 'Tools|E-mail
Accounts|View or change existing e-mail accounts' and remove the fax
transport if found. To get to the Add-In Manager,
'Tools|Options|Other|Advanced Options|Add-in Manager'. Note that if you
have Vista Business or Ultimate, you should be able to use Fax and Scan with
Outlook.
