Outlook error starting new message (Vista)

Ever since I got my laptop preloaded with Vista (a year ago), I have received
an error in MS Outlook. It occurs the first time I try to start a new message
(click New Message). After I say "okay" to this error, it does not reappear
until I have closed and opened Outlook again. The message says, "The add-in
'c:\windows\system32\ftext32.dll' could not be installed or loaded." I have
regularly installed windows updates and ran Detect and Repair within Outlook,
with no solution. Does anybody have suggestions?

Which version of Outlook are you running? Versions older than 2003 have
problems running under Vista.

2003. I finally found a fix! And it is sooo simple! Go to
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options...>Add-In Manager...Uncheck Fax
Extension. Restart Outlook if necessary. By the way I wrote down the file
name wrong. It is actually fxsext32.dll.
