fxest.dll error message

Whenever I start a new email message in Outlook, I get an error message:

c:/windows/system32/fsext32.dll could not be installed or loaded.

This error began appearing after an uprgade from XP/Media Center to WIndows
Vista Premium. The error message directs me to the help menuu to find a
function called "detect and repair" which I can not find.

Any ideas?

You'll get help for Outlook faster if you ask on a newsgroup meant for
Outlook, such as:

microsoft.public.outlook.general
microsoft.public.outlook

That file belongs to the Fax Mail Transport. If you don't have a business
or Ultimate version of Vista, you no longer have Fax. You can eliminate the
message from the "add-in" section of the Trust Center (Outlook 2007) or from
'Tools|Options|Other|Advanced Options' in Outlook 2003.
