Error Loading the info service nwnsp.dll

Our company switched our e-mail to Outlook on Monday and I have not been able
to successfully get into it. I get these messages each time I launch it.
Number 1 makes me think it's going to work and then message number 2 pop's up:

1. Configuring Outlook Accounts
Creating Welcome Message

2. Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service nwnsp.dll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

Do you have any ideas of what I can try to possibly fix this? Thanks.

Used Lotus notes before this? Is your company using the Notes connector for
Outlook or have they changed to Exchange as well? Does manually configuring
your Mail Profile work for you?
